Aksular Restaurant Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us. We recommend arriving on time to ensure your table is held.

2. Late Arrivals
We allow a grace period of 15 minutes. If you are running late, please contact us. After this time, we reserve the right to release your table.

3. Group Bookings (10+ Guests)
For bookings of 10 or more guests, a deposit of £5 per person is required to secure the reservation. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

4. Deposit Policy
Deposits for group bookings are:
• Non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the booking time

5. No-Shows
In the event of a no-show, any deposit paid will be forfeited.

6. Special Requests
We will do our best to accommodate special requests, dietary requirements, or seating preferences, but these cannot be guaranteed.

7. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if guests display inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behaviour.

8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
